Biography:

Paula qualified from canterbury, Kent in 1997 with a diploma in nursing. On qualifying she worked as a staff nurse at St Thomas's Hospital specialising in general surgery and urology.

In 1998 Paula went to Guy's Hospital specialising in urology eventually becoming the ward sister. In 2004 she joined barts and The London NHS Trust as a urology nurse specialist. Her role has now become specialised in uro-oncology (bladder, kidney and testicular cancer).

Paula teaches at City University on intravesical chemotherapy and have completed the advanced chemotherapy in practice course. She plans to undertake an Msc in Advanced Nursing Practice.
