The department is three times bigger than the Accident and Emergency Department in the old hospital, with a full range of services dedicated to the care of emergency and trauma patients. This includes lifts linking it directly to the helipad for London’s Air Ambulance.

The department is equipped with a dedicated imaging facility which includes three x-ray rooms, an ultrasound suite and two state-of-the-art CT scanners. This is  in addition to the main diagnostic imaging departments on the first and second floor.

Opening hours:

  • 24-hours
