Support before dialysis

If you have been diagnosed with kidney disease, you will be invited to attend our pre-dialysis clinic, where we will discuss your treatment plan with you in detail. Our team of specialist doctors, nurses, dietitians and counsellors understand every aspect of kidney disease and their main purpose is to prepare you for your dialysis.

We also provide emotional support for your families and, if appropriate, your home will be assessed to establish the suitability for you to have dialysis at home.
