Biography:

Pramod Achan is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with sub-specialty training in trauma and lower limb orthopaedics having trained at St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College he went on to train on the prestigious Percival Pott training rotation of which he is now the Deputy Director as well as a Senior Lecturer for St. Bartholomew’s Hospital College. 

He runs specialist clinics for young adult hip problems with colleague Mr. Manoj Ramachandran.  He has received many awards and accolades including the American Hip Society Travelling Fellowship in 2009.

Areas of work:

Specialist in lower limb arthroplasty (hips and knees) and trauma.  Specialist interest:  young adult hip problems, joint clinics with Mr Manoj Ramachandran.
