Booking on to a course
Before booking
Place your booking by telephone 020 7480 4855 or e-mail with Sajeda Khan Sajeda.Khan@bartsandthelondon.nhs.uk
- Book and confirm your study leave
- Fill in the confirmation booking form to confirm your booking and return to the Medical Simulation Centre. Download Medical Simulation Booking Form
- Please ensure you book yourself on to the correct course
- Please give at least 6 weeks notice for cancellation, otherwise you will be billed in full for your booking

On the day
- Scrubs and theatre shoes will be provided if appropriate to the course
- Please wear suitable clothes and comfortable shoes
- It is essential to arrive on time unless you have made prior arrangement with the Centre. Late arrivals may mean you are not permitted to undertake the training
ID badges
All visitors to the Simulation Centre must wear their ID badge. On arrival you must produce your ID badge, your name will also be recorded with the front reception desk.
All non-Trust candidates must bring their hospital ID badge with them, they will then be provided with a visitor pass.
