For GPs

All our patients will be invited for follow-up appointments at the Heart Attack Centre. A minimum of three appointments will be offered over the course of a year.

As a GP, you will receive regular updates on your patients' treatment changes and assessments/investigations. If you have any queries about the details of individual patients that are not made clear in the correspondence, please contact the cardiac secretaries at The London Chest Hospital on 020 8983 2248.
