Head Orthoptist (Manager of Orthoptic, Optometry and Retinoblastoma Services)

Biography:

Anthony trained at La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia), which included an honours degree conducting research into the accuracy of rapid eye movements to visual, auditory and tactile stimuli. He worked in two Orthoptic and Ophthalmology clinics in Australia, then at Ashford & St.Peter’s Hospital NHS trust before being appointed as Head Orthoptist for Barts and the London NHS Trust in 2004 to manage the orthoptic team. Anthony currently manages the Orthoptic, Optometry and Retinoblastoma Services for the Trust.
