By tube and rail:
The main Royal London Hospital is located opposite Whitechapel underground station, which is served by the Hammersmith and City line, District line and the East London line. The nearest mainline station is Liverpool Street.
By car:
The main entrance to the hospital is on New Road, which is the most convenient drop off and pick up point.

By bus:
The following buses stop outside or close to the main Royal London hospital on Whitechapel Road: numbers 25, 106, 205, 253 and 254 as well as night buses N25, N106 and N253. Bus numbers 15, 115 and D3 stop close to the hospital on Commercial Road. Low-floor wheelchair accessible buses run on all routes serving the hospital.
