How to find us

Access to The Grahame Hayton Unit is now via Stepney Way and Turner Street (see map here for details). There is no longer direct access from Whitechapel Road due to construction work taking place at The Royal London Hospital. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Barts and The London Clinical Immunology Service is based at the Grahame Hayton Unit at The Royal London Hospital for outpatients and ward 13F at The Royal London Hospital for inpatients. Please click on the link for details of how to find The Royal London Hospital.

Our clinic opening times are:

  • Monday 8.30am – 6pm

  • Tuesday 8.30am – 8pm

  • Wednesday 12.00pm – 7pm 

  • Thursday 8.30am -  6pm

  • Friday 8.30am – 5pm 

Out of hours information

We are closed at weekends and on bank holidays.

If you need urgent health advice during the times we are closed then please call, 020 3416 5000 ask for bleep 0121. A nurse on our 24 hour inpatient ward will be able to assess your problem and advise accordingly.

Directions for patients and visitors

Once you have entered the building, follow the signs to lift core 5 and take a lift to the thirteenth floor. You will then see signs for ward 13F.
