Biography:

Caridad finished her nursing degree in Manila, The Philippines. She has worked as a neonatal nurse for 13 years and is currently working as a Senior Staff Nurse on Elizabeth Ward in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Caridad has developed an interest in Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) and is now also working a designated ROP nurse in the unit.
