Biography:

Cicily did a general nursing and midwifery diploma course at Holly Family Hospital, New Delhi, India in 1981 and since then has worked as a staff nurse in India and Saudi Arabia, mostly in paediatric wards. Cicily has wored in the Children's Eye Service since August 2005.
