Referral guidelines

Please use the Choose and Book system to make your referrals to Barts and The London Children's Eye Service. Please follow the pathways to ensure the child is booked into the most appropriate clinic for their initial assessment.

Alternatively, you can address your referral to the relevant clinician and send it to:
