Areas of work:
Dr Turner treats all neurological conditions and specialises in multiple sclerosis (MS). Dr Turner has a MD in ‘MRI and Brain Atrophy in MS’. As clinical lead in MS for east London and Essex, Dr Turner co-ordinates the care for MS patients in this region.
Research programmes:
Dr Turner leads a research team into novel treatments in MS in the clinical trials unit and co-supervises research in the mechanisms of neurodegeneration in MS. He is currently lead investigator for the UK in a comparative trial of MS treatments.
