Our team in The London Chest Hospital outpatients department will ensure that patients feel welcome and endeavour to make sure that their experience of our service runs smoothly.
The receptionist will welcome you and the medical team will give expert advice, support and education during your consultation.
Due to our one-stop service, including same-day testing, patients may need to wait to see the doctor. Please allow extra time for your visit and expect that other patients may be apparently called before you: in fact these are patients with earlier appointment times who have just returned from having the tests ordered by the consultant.
