From the 6 December 2011 we start moving into our new hospital at The Royal London in Whitechapel. By March 2012 our new hospital will be fully open, allowing us to give you the very best treatment in our new facilities. The opening of our new hospital means the location of your appointment may be different to previous appointments.

If the location of your appointment you are attending has changed, you will receive a letter and a map informing you of the new location. In particular we ask that you:

  • identify the floor your appointment is on; and
  • check the lifts you can take to reach that floor

Your care will not be affected in any way by the moves, and you will continue to be seen by the same clinical team.

We have taken care to provide clear signage to help you find your way around the new hospital. However, should you require assistance on the day of your appointment our staff will be available to direct you. Should you have any questions please phone the number provided in your appointment letter.
