The following buses stop outside the hospital: numbers 309 and D3. The following buses stop close to the hospital: numbers 8, 26, 48, 55, 106, 254 and D6. Low-floor wheelchair accessible buses run on all routes serving The London Chest Hospital.

The drop-off/pick-up point is right outside the hospital's main entrance, accessed through the main gate on Bonner Road.
Parking
There is no public parking at the hospital itself, but there is limited metered parking in surrounding streets.
